Replacement Step Pad [24200080] $4.69 Replacement Plastic Step Pad for Betterbuilt Nerf Bars.  Please select which type you need. The two different types of replacement pad are based on how they are attached to the bar.  Parsons style are held to the bar with plastic pins that push down through two holes from the top of the pad. When looking at the underside of the step pad you would see two holes on the outer tips and then two evenly spaced tabs in the middle. So in essence it would be hole, tab, tab, hole. Replacement pins are included. Taiwan style pads are held to the bar with metal clips. When you look at the bottom of the step pad there are four evenly spaced tabs that push down into metal clips in the nerf bar. If the pad has come off it is possible that you may not see the metal clips and instead may only have 4 evenly sized holes in your nerf bar.
